Approximatly how much would it cost for you to DJ a 3 hour Reception?

Hi and thanks for the question. The answer to your question will depend on a couple of things. If the reception is on a Saturday during the peak wedding season you would be looking at full price package at 595.00. However if the event is on a Friday or on an off season Saturday you would be looking at around 395.00.

I was curious if you could suggest a song or two for a video slide show? My fiance has selected the song "guys like me" by eric church for his 45 pictures (that song is him to a tee)...and i cannot find any songs that are "me".
im just a simple girl...i just dont know any songs! but im your typical nebraska girl... does that make sense? i appreciate any advice at all!

Sorry Chels but I've been away for a week. Now to your questions.

One of the most common questions I am asked are ones that deal with suggesting songs for scrapbooks, bride & groom dances etc. Funny thing is that even though I've been a DJ for over twenty years it is still a challenge even for me to come up with these songs suggestions. The reason is because different people like different kinds of music. However, there are still some standards that will work just fine. You just need to decide whether you want something fun, sentimental, or romantic. I have personally always felt that you should choose mostly fun songs for a scrapbook video.
